Jackson Walker attorney Manny Schoenhuber has unanimously been named a Board Member of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) Texas.

With over 10,000 European and American executives worldwide, the EACC provides access to transatlantic business opportunities and timely, relevant information on matters impacting business activities between the EU and the US. The EACC Texas chapter specifically focuses on accelerating business and network relations between Texas and Europe.

As a Board Member, Manny, who was born and raised in Germany, helps raise the EACC’s profile and visibility locally, nationally, and internationally. He will also regularly gather with fellow board members to plan and execute programs and networking activities, and will participate in annual meetings.

Based in Houston, Texas, Manny is a business litigation and dispute resolution attorney who acts as outside general counsel to his European clients. In his practice, he works closely with European companies and their subsidiaries in Texas, and European investors in the United States. Manny enjoys representing fellow European clients and helping them to navigate market entry, contract negotiations and drafting, litigation, and dispute resolution.

Outside of his practice, Manny is an active member of the American Council on Germany (ACG), the German-American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S. (GACC South), the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV), and the Danish American Chamber of Commerce Southwest (DACCSW). Manny is also a member of the Greater Houston Partnership’s Foreign Direct Investment Committee and a participant in the Globalaw Leadership Program.
