NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 28, 2022: International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Pejman (Pej) Razavilar has rejoined the Firm as a partner in its Real Estate practice. Pej will be based in Weil’s New York and Miami offices.

Pej, who was previously an associate at Weil, rejoins the Firm from the New York and Miami offices of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where he was a partner in that Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses on real estate private equity and capital markets with an emphasis on complex joint ventures, programmatic arrangements, real estate M&A, and real estate funds and similar vehicles. He also has extensive experience representing institutional investors as well as sponsors, developers and operators on transactions involving preferred equity, senior and mezzanine debt facilities, ground leases, and the purchase and sale of a variety of real estate assets.
