Kelley Drye’s Jennifer Raviele Featured in Bloomberg Story on Subchapter V

Bankruptcy special counsel Jennifer Raviele was quoted in a Bloomberg article on Chapter 11, Subchapter V bankruptcy code. Subchapter V was enacted by Congress in 2020, however some loopholes have led to larger companies taking advantage of the legislation that was intended for small businesses.
​“Congress created Subchapter V, and no good deed goes unpunished,” said Raviele. ​“The reduced creditor protections are going to be enticing to anyone out there.”
