Joseph Neuhaus contributed a piece to ABA Business Law Today’s May Month-in-Brief: Bankruptcy & Finance titled “Second Circuit Rules on Creditors’ Rights Against Foreign Sovereigns.” Joseph analyzed the impact of the Second Circuit holding in Peterson v. Islamic Republic of Iran that U.S. courts can make banks bring foreign sovereigns’ funds held outside the United States to New York to satisfy judgments against those sovereigns.
