Trump challenges Governor Cuomo: Anyone who runs against Trump suffers

US President Donald Trump challenged the Democratic New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to run against him in 2020. "Please, go ahead and run against me. Anyone who runs against Trump suffers. That's how it has to be," said Trump on Monday evening.

Trump's challenge to Cuomo was part the remarks he delivered at a campaign fundraising event in Utica, New York for Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) on Monday who is running for re-election.
