Seyfarth appoints new health and safety partner
Global law firm Seyfarth has added to its partnership ranks with a health and safety lawyer who boasts more than 25 years of experience.

Penny Stevens has been hired by Seyfarth for its Melbourne office, bringing with her over a quarter century’s worth of experience advising on all aspects of work health and safety and criminal law.

She is known nationally, the firm said in a statement, for her “expertise in both proactive risk mitigation as well as responding when an incident has occurred.
“Clients turn to Penny when it matters for representation and advice on prosecutions, coronial inquests and investigations,” the firm added.
Ms Stevens is joined at the global firm by senior associate Gina Carosi, with whom she will work in the workplace health and safety team.
