Deal profile | The Citadel Group acquires 100% of Noventus

Gadens advised The Citadel Group Limited (Citadel) on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Noventus Pty Ltd (Noventus).
Noventus is a private multi-disciplinary company specialising in servicing the defence, government, telecommunication and transportation sectors with capabilities that include, systems integration and software development, systems engineering, integrated logistics support and project management.
Successfully acquiring Noventus enables Citadel to increase the scale of its defence and national security service offering. Importantly, the acquisition provides Citadel with a panel access to a number of niche procurement environments, placing it in a strong position to win further significant Government Enterprise Information Management contracts over time.
