Expert debunks claims that Australia is a class action haven

A leading academic has debunked the notion that Australia is a class action haven and warned against a push to restrict multiple claims in the courts.

Professor Vince Morabito of Monash University says that after the United States, at least four countries are more worthy claimants to the title of the most likely place for a class action than Australia.
